Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, October 14, 2024 at 6:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Annual Conference Cancellation Policy: All registrations (credit card, and sent payment) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than September 30, 2024 and will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or before this date will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by September 30, 2024 will be processed by November 30, 2024. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. NYSASPA is not responsible for district travel restrictions, medical or weather-related cancellations or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend. No registration refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 30, 2024. Membership, special events and meal tickets are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: After October 10, 2023 all registrations must be paid with a credit card at the time of registration.

Title IX Training
The New York State Association of School Personnel Administrators (NYSASPA) are pleased to offer Title IX training. This training is designed to give K-12 Title IX Coordinators, administrators and support staff the comprehensive foundational training needed to understand the scope of the role and multi-faceted responsibilities under Title IX.
This will include a certificate of completion and a PDF copy of the presentation required for annual Title IX training.
