The resort requires the use of a credit card to confirm each guestroom and a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee with be charged at the time of booking.  The remaining balance will be charged fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date. 

There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for each individual guest over the age of 13 staying in the room and a $15 taxable Resort fee per room, per night.

Annual Conference Cancellation Policy: All registrations (credit card, and sent payment) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than September 30, 2025 and will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or before this date will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by September 30, 2025 will be processed by November 30, 2025. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. NYSASPA is not responsible for district travel restrictions, medical or weather-related cancellations or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend. No registration refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 30, 2025. Membership, special events and meal tickets are non-refundable.
