Please note that if you plan to stay at the Westchester Marriott overnight for the meeting you will have to secure the room with your own credit card. The cost of the room will be paid by the association once you check into the hotel. If you are not able to attend and do not cancel your room the association is not responsible for the cost of the room or any cancellation fees.
